Technique lesson on the bike
The lesson will be divided into two phases: the first one on the track on a bike without shock absorbers therefore very reactive, and a second phase in a natural environment riding your own bike.
On the track participants will be followed by a trainer from the Torbole BMX federal centre. Successively a Mmove guide will ride with you along the nearby trails finding the best routes for you and reinforcing what was learned on the track shortly before.
