Booking terms and conditions

When booking, you agree and accept the following terms and conditions.

Responsibility

Even a highly qualified Mountain Guide that offer the highest possible security in the mountains cannot completely exclude all risks. Therefore, it is the Guide's responsibility is to keep the risk to a minimum. In signing this registration, you understand and accept the unexpected risks of outdoor activities in the mountains.

Insurance

Apart from the Company's liability insurance, all prices include accident insurance.

Our Service

Our prices normally include the compensation of the Mountain Guide, equipment and transport in the area.

Prices

The prices are calculated per person, in double room with breakfast. Single room supplement on request.

Change of Programme

Due to the varying weather conditions and the client's physical and technical skills, the society Friends of Arco and its responsible Guide may change or cancel the schedule to ensure the safety of the client(s). The reason for this may be bad weather, the lack of physical fitness of participants, or a threat to the safety of the group. In this case, try Friends of Arco offer an adequate alternative program. Any additional cost must be balanced, or be refunded. An already started activity cannot be fully refunded.

Confirmation

To confirm your reservation you have to make a prepayment of 50% of the total amount.

Cancellation by the traveller

Due to the health emergency Covid-19, we guarantee free cancellation of all activities up to 24h prior.

Cancellation by the company

Friends of Arco reserves the right to cancel a tour up to 7 days before the start date of the programme should the required minimum number of reservations have not made. In this case, the entire down payment will refunded. No other requests will be accepted. For other cancellation terms by the company other non-specified terms we refer to the general conditions - D.Lgs. 17 Marzo 1995, nr. 111.

Minimum number of participants

Once the minimum number of participants is reached, the programme will take place. With an insufficient number of participants, we either try the to carry out event with a price increase, or we have to cancel it. In this case, we will refund the course fees paid in advance completely.
