Mountain bike
Our MTB tours lead exclusively over existing paths and tracks. Our favorite tour takes you through the wild and rocky landscape of the Marocche in the Sarca Valley.
Mountain Biking consciously and unconsciously encourages many positive abilities such as orientation, concentration, consideration and cooperation. After a half technical and half theoretical introduction, fantastic routes are waiting for the students – all routes are makeable by everybody. The participants should experience the fun aspect of activities in general but even more the power of nature and the importance of being outside. If wanted, we are happy to divide large groups due to the different activity levels.
The groups are accompanied by experienced MTB guides.

Maintenance and repair skil: Introduction into changing tires, adjusting gears and brakes.
Mountain Bike Handling Tips: In order to minimize the risk of falling and injury while riding a MTB, some essential kills will improve the riding technique of the students. The contents are clearly explained and exercises will help to practice until all participants are ready to ride their bike with responsibility.
