Sport and nature at Lake Garda
A full week of outdoor activity which will introduce you to the beauty of Lake Garda: Via ferratas, Mountain Biking, Canyoning and Trekking! A unique environment, an open-air gym, perfect for physical activity… but there will also be time for you to relax and enjoy a swim in the Lake!!

Services include:
- Welcome briefing, time to be agreed on before you arrive.
- B&B in 3-4 star hotel
- Services of a Mountain Guide for Via Ferrata Cima Capi, Canyoning and Trekking (transport included in the price)
- Technical equipment for Via Ferrata and Canyoning
- Lunch at Rifugio Altissimo (one main course: ½ lt. water, coffee and dessert included)
- Bike rental
- Transport to Tremalso by shuttle bus
- Lunch at Baita degli alpini (Plate of pasta plus ½ lt. water or beer 0.20)
- Organisation
- Civil liability and accident insurance
What to bring:
- Comfortable clothes for trekking and climbing up via ferrata
- Trekking shoes or boots
- Sneakers (get wet), swimming costume and towel for canyoning
- Advisable to bring cycling clothing (recommended) with a wind-proof jacket
- 20lt back pack.
- Sunglasses and cream
1st day – Check in to bed and breakfast, in 3-star hotel in Arco, Riva del Garda or Torbole, throughout the whole period of your stay, in a double room.
2nd day – Excursion on the Via Ferrata Cima Capi, pick-up at hotel at 9 a.m., including packed lunch (2 sandwiches, 1 apple, 1 energy bar, ½ lt. water). – length of activity approx. from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
3rd day - Excursion in MTB from Tremalzo to Riva del Garda. At 9 a.m. meet MTB Guides in Hotel, at 9.30 a.m. shuttle bus for Tremalzo (1 hour). At 11 a.m. start tour including lunch at Baita degli Alpini and return to Torbole. – duration of activity from 9 a.m. to approx. 5 p.m.
4th day - Free
5th day - Canyoning, in the splendid Rio Nero in the Ledro Valley. A stunning environment offering once in a life-time emotions – lasting from 8 a.m. to approx. 1 p.m.
6th day - Trekking to Monte Altissimo on Mt. Baldo, a fantastic excursion on one of the most panoramic peaks of Lake Garda, the view will compensate for every effort. A good lunch will await you in the mountain hut when you reach the top. Duration of activity from 9 a.m. to approx. 5 p.m.
7th day - Free
8th day – Check-out
