LOGISTIC:
The food for the dinner, thin mat, sleeping bags etc… will be carried every day at the arrival point of each step. Therefore we will walk with light backpacks (2 liters of water, some food, technical equipment, pullover, t-shirt, rain jacket). On the boat you can put also one small bag with personal effects, much better if it is soft and waterproof.

LEVEL REQUIRES:
The trek is long and challenging (50 km total). It is required a discrete body shape, habit to walk and a good adaptability: for some days we will forget all of comforts of the modern life!!... but this the beauty of “Selvaggio Blue”!!

WHAT TO BRING:
around 30 liters backpack, medium/light sleeping bag, thin mat, harness*, helmet*, 1 carabiner with the screw*, one sling 120 cm long*, headlamp*, bowl for dinner and breakfast, flatware and glass, trekking shoes, slippers or sandals, poncho for the rain, small umbrella, sun cream, backpack cover, insect repellent, towel, need for toilet, small first aid kit, camera. In addition, you can carry some personal effect, but remembering that heavier is the backpack harder is walking.

THE PRICE INCLUDES:
the accompaniment and costs of the Mountain Guide, RC insurance, supplies and transfers, 2 half board days in the hotel and the food during the tour.

THE PRICE DOESN’T INCLUDE:
the cost of the trip to Olbia and to come back, what it is not written in “the price includes”.

NOTES: there is also the possibility to flight to Olbia, in this case we will come to pick up you in the airport without additional costs.
