We will take you to picturesque places where sports combine with culinary and culture in wonderful way
The Cinque Terre are more than just spectacular scenery situated between earth and sky: they are the meeting point between wonderful rock faces and water, attractive villages and an unspoilt inland, sport, culture and gastronomy. This is what we want to offer you on our Climbing, Culture and Gastronomy trips. Our base will be Muzzerone, a climbing paradise thanks to the overhanging cliffs overlooking the sea. The object of the exercise is obviously to raise your level as lead climber, but without any stress! Here there’s lots to see and taste, from natural beauty to picturesque sites, from typical recipes to fine wines. And if you don’t go climbing one day you mustn’t miss the famous “Via dell’Amore” (Love Walk), the road which joins up the famous five villages.

Prerequisites
A basic knowledge of climbing techniques.
You can bring your own personal equipment including rope and quick-draws, belay device and a helmet.
Please specify if you need any climbing equipment to rent beforehand.
Sturdy shoes, ideal clothing, back-pack for equipment and extras.
